To be honest if you are considering SRS then you need to do the research. With all due respect I doubt you will get a huge amount on a forum like this. Suporns technique is more invasive than the standad penile inversion but in my opionion, and I am the long term partner of a Suporn girl and I also am friends with quite a few other post opertaive girls not just with Suporn, I think his results in terms of asthetics and sensation are the best BUT you will need to allow a year for a full recovery and understand that the dilation will take up a big chunk of your life the first 6 months post op. Are you circumsized becuase if so his technique is the only one that will give you a reasonable depth. That's a very respectable philosophy. I can't purport to say what is the best policy for a TS... it probably depends upon her short and long term objectives.

A lot of guys will "know" a girl is TS but not let on about it, even pretend to be surprised when she spills the beans.
