I had similar thoughts when I discovered thai ladyboys, they look so sweet and adorable, not to mention being stunning beauties. But then I started seeing stories about how they steal and stuff, sorta took the bloom off the rose. I think sirmartin is right, best to keep some perspective -- and a tight grip on your wallet.

Yep, I recommend only getting girls from one of the larger bars (Cocktails and Dreams) there are loads of shady stories of street working girls (GG and ladyboys) and how they rob you. A mate of mine was tasered in the back when he took a street girl back to his apartment and when he was unconscious the lady made off with his wallet, phone, and watch.

I didn't understandnwhy the guy didn't go to his embassy in BKK for a temporary passport. I had mine stolen in Estoril, Portugal some years ago, the Consul turned out on Sunday morning and wrote an emergency passport for me.
