Nah, I've definitely seen them, but I never cared to make a log for pop quizzes. Since users are capable of reading topics made before they created an account, my join date is pretty irrelevant. And since people who quote moderated users don't get deleted, you can see they didn't make posts that fit the criteria you listed here.
