ahhh nice i used to be a big player ...i started when i was 11 , used to paint for white dwarf magazine in my teens ..

mostly i am into preheresy wh40k ....at moment making all hte primarchs and building legions in orginal format ...

i like some of the wh stuff but i prefer the space setting .. i love tyranids

damn youv been in the hobby for awhile, i started when i was 15 and i started playing empire in fantasy. man you painted for white dwarf thats sick!!! iv had some minis pictured in some issues but i never painted for them.

that sounds like an awesome project. whats your favorite chapter? i personal like the iron hands ohhh and the grey knights are sick, the new models. my current project is for fantasy an almost all mounted nurgle mortal army.

so for your project are you using the existing models for your legions or using forge world pre-heresy models? or do you convert your own marines? damn just about all the traitor legions, have you been tainted by chaos ;p LOL

What legion are you currently working on? damn you should totally enter your project into armies on parade!

i convert models for the marines with forgeworld conversion packs..

for primarchs i buy a different brand from scibor models that are bigger than the 25mm marines to relfect primarch sizes ..and then have to do abit of filing/modding

myself as i have red hair and look abit wild .. people assume i am a coke head, drinker etc ... i dont really drink , i dont take any drugs, i dont party ,, i keep myself to myself and live a quiet personal life ....

i love all the legions . but the luna wolves are my favourite pre heresy they were just awesomeness

see thousand sons were never traitor legion at all ,, it was just unfortunate circumstance that magnus sent a message psychi way to the emperor and blew up his webway project thus making him think magnus was the traitor and sent the wolves to get return him,, but horus told the wolves to kill all the thousand sons ... so its kinda sad the story of the thousand sons ..... you should read prospero burns ...its all about it ..

nightlords well they were messed up abit and shit on by the emperor massively ..

Deathguard well thats a no brainer when your primarch looks like death haha obvious to see that was going to end badly

dark angels are loyal and there primarch is the only one left alive sleeping in the rock ..that is known...

i want to work on all legions , then do chaos legions, then work on my own chapter the Luna Eagles. which is a book i am writing for fan ficiton its a unit of luna wolves that go missing before the heresy and a few of them are found in current 40k with no concept of the heresy , the end of hte crudade, fall of the emperor etc .. and they reform as luna eagles ..

well from that comment idk if its me or something but i talked to a few (not naming any) and that's where it came from.

i actually thought the thousand sons were turned on by the emperor because Ahriman and his acoylates were found collecting and reading heretical texts trying to gain power. the night lords iv never really read into, but i know they contrast with the raven guard well, with hit and run, fast attack.

your luna eagles sound sound kind of like the legion of the damned, thought to be made up of lost remnants of the fire hawks chapter.
