Say if you've been taking hormones since you were 16 or 17 until the age of 25 or 26, and then stop. Would you get your sperm load back in the next 6 or 7 years when you're 32 or so?

There are no gods, if there were why would they be so cruel as to put women in mens bodies. There is science and science is very unpredictable sometimes. All that aside, I think that a lot of those men that you speak of are attracted to penis and the female attached is just a super convenient way to not have to deal with their sexuality head on.
