I can pretty much agree with what MsDazzler has said. I have been on hrt for over a year. I am permanently limp and what I do have has shrunk a lot. I have posted pics of this here previously. Like I mentioned earlier, even pre-op trans women's orgasms eventually decreases in intensity and pleasure over years of being on hormones due to diminishing testosterone and the amount/volume of ejaculate to the point where it is actually WORK to just get off for a negiligble orgasm.
