If someone is born a boy but feels like a woman, that person is going to do everything in their power to appear as a woman, from clothing, to make-up, to surgeries. But that same person might be attracted to physical males -likes the way they dress, likes the way they act, likes the way they smell, likes their physique, etc. How someone identifies themselves on the inside doesn't determine how they feel - for sexual relations - towards other people.

You could say the same thing about inter-racial or inter-cultural marriages. Why would a muslim guy be with a asian girl? He's muslim, shouldn't he be dating other muslims, why is he attracted to asian girls? Should he dress like an asian (whatever that means), or undergo asian surgical transition, to be attracted to her?
