I haven't seen the movie in a while but I thought that she had something to do with it, trish. It's a pretty good flick and definitely worth checking out.

Yes, Miss. LaPore was part of the "Club Kid" scene of NYC in the 1980's. From Suzanne Bartch's parties to all the major clubs such as Area, Limelight, Pallidium, Tunnel and so forth. Knew all the major promoters ( and they her), for all sorts of parties both gay, straight and mixed.
