Guys, this forum is excellent but freedom of speech is only so good as long as it remains non-abusive and allows all people to feel comfortable speaking and posting here. I really think you need to lay out some ground rules and stick to them, moderate them and ban people who cannot fit within some rules.
This forum and website makes you guys a few $$ and if you want that to continue you need to attract as many people, as regularly as possible and not have them being scared off by a few people who have decided to make this their domain and shouting board...and yes, I'm a culprit of that also.
1/ Stick to topic. This is about shemales and transgender lifestyles. The appreciation of them, of the videos, of the clubs, the websites, the girls, the locations, the legal issues, the health issues and to open up dialogue between girls and guys. How many girls have already been scared away - or are too afraid to speak up in case of ridicule.
2/ Respect of others input and personal information - if you're going to allow people like Megabody, Absolute Shade, seanchai and those other donkeys yell and abuse at people, expect people to retaliate. Expect them to find someway to piss them off. They've attacked others feelings so why shouldn't individuals come back at them. No personal information on any individual should be posted - that includes their real name or address, health status, criminal or drug use, etc. unless it's public knowledge (ie; the Susan Shah incident was in a newspaper). Otherwise, it's heresay and could not only open you up to legal issues but more importantly, will keep people away from this forum. Which tgirl wants to post if she thinks her personal info might be posted. Whoever posted that personal information on Megabody is out of order - but on the amount of people he excels in pissing off, just for the sake of pissing them off then I'm not surprised someone tried to piss him off. If these posts were regulated from the beginning - then you could quench any issues like this before they started.
3/ Keep it real? How about keep it polite? - this keeping it real stuff is fine, tell it how it is but don't attack anyone for their personal feelings, fantasies, likes or dislikes. Your reality is vastly difference from mine.
Again, if moderators moderated any distasteful posts, the fire wouldn't even start.
Just a general idea to everyone - you don't have to have an opinion on every fucking subject. Answer the posts that are pertinent to you, answer the ones you have an answer to or are adding some useful input but who cares what you think when it's irrelevant or in a "Tribute to XXXX model" you feel the need to be disparging or downright insulting. STFU and go and start a post on who you like?
Finally, a personal point - you're posting images that are other peoples property. 95% of the time the websites condone and are happy with this as it's free advertising. The smarter webmasters/mistresses (ahem) realise what a valuable resource this site is and support it - but have some respect, leave the logos on the images, leave the images intact in their original size and image quality so if people do want to see more, they might just join that website, it's not much to ask for this amount of free porn.
Moderators - you don't need to have a delayed posting system, you just need a handful of people scanning the new posts every few hours. I run 4 smaller forums myself with only a little less traffic on one of them and I can manage, so how about moderating, please?
Thanks for listening.
