Are victoria & miriam the same person?

I was doing a seach on yahoo for pictures of Victoria and i came across a web site about this UK tv(television) show where i guess guys compete for a date with Miriam not knowing shes a transsexual (i think thats what the premise is, I could be wrong though) So is this the same person? If so then.... WOW! :P
