You know what? I am sorta being mean cause everyone is allowed to have fetishes, some love to get pooped on some pissed on and some men love to suck and take it up the ass by chicks with dicks. The problem here is not only does this Serge person has a screw missing but the fact that he is a thief and feeds off of people, such as his loving parents and those who's content he has stolen. My unprofessional advice is that this person would seek psychological help and get on a better life track because all of us have the responsability to be better MEMBERS" of society... And this person clearly needs a very hard slap on the face by the law, so hard his mask will bruise!

I am glad someone with some money is going after this person because I know all some of the smaller companies can do is file email and phone complaints. Which may or may not help.

Was quite obvious this was gonna happen. Jenny Landis could have avoided this as well. Amazing that you could steal someone's content and probably still get away with profitting off of it if you just apologize immediately. Not saying that's necessarily the case or always the case, but it certainly seems like Jenny is the author of her own misfortune.

Hmm...Not sure about the UK, but in the US you might want to ping Finnegan-Henderson in DC or Fenwick & West in SF. Though they are primarily known for technology patent litigation, I'm sure they have an Intellectual Property/Internet Copyright arm as well.
