Default Jenny's Landis is Mark Goldberg?

This person is running an illegal site. I would hope that Seanchai would take a stand here as the resident webmaster and stolen content expert.

Also please feel free to report an invalid whois for the other site since this appears to be potentially the correct contact information:

"Jenny" is a part time cross dresser. Do not send this person proof of ownership as he will steal it in an attempt to claim ownership. You can also research a class action against the person. You could put a lien on his home and bank accounts, and destroy his credit forever as it is a slam dunk win in court.

All of the above information is public domain. If either of the phone numbers don't work, let me know and we can get him on domain fraud as well.

    From the GoDaddy TOS

"As a condition of Your use of Go Daddy ’s Software and Services, You agree not to use them for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions, and You agree to comply with any applicable local, state, federal and international laws, government rules or requirements."

GoDaddy's a reputable company. Provide them with evidence that this guy "jenni" is in violation of their TOS and ask them to honour them.

"jenni" cannot be holding proper 2257 documentation, never mind all the copyright stuff.....

That site was reviewed on thebestporn.com: http://www.thebestporn.com/review/jennystgirls/

A rating of 67.8 seems to be awfully generous for a site that relies so much on stolen content.

If it wasn't for the stolen content it would just be a horror site with freaks running around in masks

Thanx for the info, endo420. I had done an earlier Whois search myself as such issues (Not just this particular nonsense) is of a professional interest to me.

Just out of curiosity, are you a provider/producer, or just a "Friend of..." to post this?

Nikka and I go way back. I would have kept to myself, but Mark's responses have been hostile supporting the piracy. If Mark had simply said, "sorry, I am wrong" and removed all this content, that would have been the right thing to do.
