to my knowledge, "detransitioning" has been fairly limited, has it not?

that said, the idea of being trans-for-pay, in the US culture, i think, applies more to models that don't transition and only dress the part. those that are amid transition and revert to being a man might have far different motivation than just money.

i think this really comes down to how you define: transitioning.

if transitioning is the medical and psychological procedure by which a person undergoes counseling, HRT and elective surgeries to change their gender, there are many models out there would qualify as trans-for-pay. (this is the definition i use)

if transitioning is merely acting in accordance with gender you wish to be through what is essentially "dramatic play" then there are not that many trans-for-pay models.

without naming names...we all know models that fall into the latter category...it is just that some of us feel significantly different about these models than others.

I don't remember their name but I once saw a short docu type thing on a black dragqueen who said they totally identified as a male but had gotten very large breast implants, facial surgery, probably more. If I remember right he was a father and dressed male when not performing, even though they looked like a female facially. Kind of different to say the least. I don't judge it at all. I find it extremely fascinating someone would go to such extremes just for their job. I mean I can't imagine not wanting to be a female and getting huge boobs and ffs and the like but still wanting to be a male. Makes for a very interesting topic though. I'd love to sit down and interview such a person.

Oh and there was another dragqueen (sort of) on youtube I saw. Now this guy was really out there. He claimed to be 100% straight and had a girlfriend and worked construction during the day. But had gotten rather large implants so he could be this specialty type drag queen stripper gram type thing.He had long hair and stuff but other than that and the boobs seemed really "guy" like. He said his service was more for the comic effect than being a turn on for the clients. More extreme measures for a job!
