Tranny Strip to Host Special Golden Birthday Celebration this Friday at Evolve Lounge

New York City, NY – Premier weekly TS party Tranny Strip will host a special Golden Birthday Celebration this Friday at Evolve Lounge in New York City for DJ Chelsea Malone and Mixologist Angelica Lace.

“It is a pleasure to throw the ultimate birthday party for my amazing DJ / MC Chelsea and my mixologist Angelica Lace,” stated Tranny Strip producer John Ed. “I am nothing without these two girls. They are the backbone of our weekly Tranny Strip parties! These girls are truly GOLDEN to the NYC TS community!”

In celebration of DJ Chelsea Malone and Mixologist Angelica Lace’s birthdays, there will be 20+ TS Solid Gold dancers, musical entertainment from DJ Eddie Baez, and performances by Ebonee Excell and Jened Edwards. There will also be a special show by Legendary Barbra Herr that evening.

“I want to thank John Ed for all the support and work we put in together as a Tranny Strip family,” said Tranny Strip mixologist Angelica Lace. “I wanted a Gold Party theme because gold is a unique precious metal, just like I am as a person! Also, it’s very flexible and adoptable for everything and anything, just like a true Gemini.”

DJ Chelsea Malone stated, “It feels so good to be appreciated in the TS community. I’m proud to be one of the transgendered women ‘paving the way’ and by being African American, that really means a lot! Such a joyous occasion to celebrate my birthday.”

Both Angelica Lace and Chelsea Malone are important fixtures in New York City’s TS community. Lace bartends at the Tranny Strip parties in New York City and also works at other TS events hosted by Sandy Michelle and Allanah Starr. Malone likewise divides her time and spins five nights a week for Tranny Strip, in addition to Allanah Starr’s TS party and Sandy Michelle’s TS party. She also recently started her own TS party called “Aphrodite Lounge” on Tuesdays.

The event will be hosted by Sandy Michelle, Ashley Sky, Portia LaBeija, Nancy Mugler, and Seasone Beste. There will be drink specials all night and surprise guests throughout the evening. Official Tranny Awards Celebration Party hosted by Tranny Strip to be held next Monday in Hollywood


Burbank, CA – New York City’s Tranny Strip returns to host the official Tranny Awards Celebration Party on Monday February 18 at Dragonfly Nightclub in Hollywood, CA. The event will take place the night after the Fifth Annual Tranny Awards at the Beyond the Stars Palace in Glendale, CA, this upcoming Sunday February 17.

“I am planning the biggest transsexual party of the year in Los Angeles with the help of our main sponsors Grooby Productions, Eros and Jamie Jameson’s TGirl Nights,” stated Tranny Strip promoter John Ed. “Last year we had almost 500 attendees and this year we expect double with our ‘Hung Angels and Shemale Devils’ theme.  This will be a night for all to celebrate the accomplishments of the TS community and come together no matter your sexual orientation!”
