I think one reason might be "sexual attraction". As an example,, a man might like to have sex with a bio woman of a young age but won't have sex, let's say, with a 90 year old woman yet they are both women with the same sex organs. It's just that some people are attracted to a style that fills their needs.

One might like the look of a transsexual, no body hair, boobs, female face and a penis but may not go for the look of a man, who might have some body hair, typical male face and no boobs.

I believe it's a personal thing,, just something within the person that makes another human attractive to him or her.

People cant seem to understand that being gay means your attracted to the same sex, not the same sex organ! Just because a male has one, doesnt mean your attracted to the male. Im a straight guy, I find females very attractive. Males on the other hand, I dont find attractive in the least bit!
