Yeah, I got your message, however let me try to decode it: you did not like the term SHEMALE. Here in Brazil we use different terms to describe a shemale. TRAVESTI is the worst, 'cause it remember us about those who are prostitutes on the streets, but that's what they are TRAVESTIS. They try to use " TRANS; BONECA; TRAVA " etc aiming to attenuate the negative perspective of them, but we should see them like they are: for me SHEMALE (in other countries) or TRAVESTI here in Brazil.

So you say "shemale" doesn't have a bad connotation in Brazil. Ok fine, now what about "travesti"? It means, transvestite or crossdresser in english. Are you calling your wife a man in a girl costume?

PS: If you wife is actually a man in drag, it would make total sense that you call yourself gay (as you did in another post) cuz otherwise I don't get it.

I've already contributed to this thread, but I'll reiterate that yes, I would consider a serious relationship if the opportunity arose.

On the matter of age differences, I agree that an age diff of over 10 years is usually not realistic. There's always exceptions, see James Bond movies -- ok, those are fantasies for the most part. For some folks no compromise on looks is possible. This is clear, and it's simply how the world works. But for many folks, especially after they've had experience, a higher priority may be placed on how nice you are, your empathy, and indeed your financial and social status. Of course, either way it's a competition. And as people on this thread have already pointed out, the most challenging part is making a relationship last. It's a source of deep happiness when it does. thanks for the defense amber. im actually having a great saturday night at home with my friends and my beauty regimen, and preparing for my upcoming new england tour. I spent the whole day on the phone with my hubby and im being a good girl tonight. I dont need to go out every weekend, actually im rather content in my solitude. if u take what i say personally then u obviously have a guilty conscience, and maybe you should take those issues up with a psychiatrist or a plastic surgeon?
