    The features are just a little too strong IMO. The jaw is too defined to really pull it off IMO.

    I agree, but he may really be interested into transitioning and if that is the case, I just think it will be hard due to the jaw. You have to consider that all of the girls have transitioned at some point or another from being identified as boys.
