In Cuba there are many white persons,... pure european spanish or italian roots, people with very pale skins, blonde hair and blue eyes. Not all white people in the world speak english.

Hispanic is not a race. There are white hispanics, there are black hispanics, there are Mestizo hispanics, etc. Argentines are white for the most part, though there's a fair amount of illegals living there from Bolivia, etc who are not.

Ive met many Brazillian clientelle that is more white looking than most Americans. Two of them I remember they are Brazillian but ancestry from Holland. Also one Brazillian he said his ancestry is from Germany. They even look more white than most European. But they said they are Brazillian with Brazillian citizenship
