I’m coming to this late, but on the original topic of the date, I want to say that I am happy for you. Life and relationships are much more than sex. There is a whole world out there and actually the zoo is a great reminder of that fact. Plus in a long term relationship you will spend more time talking than anything else, over the ling haul. And I am not saying that this date will lead to something long term, but that you’re getting it right about what it means to have a full life.

I find myself very much in agreement with Hostile and Moon.

It's often the seemingly little things that make the biggest difference in a relationship. When I dated my last transsexual gf she got so much pleasure just being seen with a date in a restaurant, bar or shopping without the guy trying to hide in the dark or constantly be on guard.
