If I was with a 't'girl, I would not tell anyone she was 't', I would introduce her as my girlfriend.
If she was to be 'outed', I would still stay with her, my feelings for her would not change just because she was 'outed'. Friends and family who can not be understanding or accepting are not worth associating with.
