It may be a moot point anyway because Putin doesn't seem to be interested in even the one-sided deal that Trump is offering. Evidently, he has made a judgement about Trump and concluded that he can do better by not making a deal.

I can recall Bostonbad making negative comments about George Soros, so he definitely has form in this area. Interestingly, he doesn't seem at all perturbed about Elon Musk exerting far more influence through his money.

That was years ago. Soros and Musk both swing their weight around but Soros is guilty of far higher crimes.

People are waking up. They cannot be silenced. Zelensky has sent a million men to die when there was a negotiation table ready to go soon after the war started. If the men dying were his real " countrymen" a peace deal would have been already engineered.
Everyone knows this, it cannot be refuted. So I'll wait for the weak minded name calls.

I can't decide whether the biggest problem with your antisemitism is that it's repugnant or that it ends up being such a distraction to sound reasoning. Zelenskyy could have left the country at the outset of the war and been repatriated to another country or hidden in a bunker. He has not decided to lead his countrymen in their resistance to Russia because he stands to profit but because Russia has a history of using peace agreements to consolidate their position. There is no point in signing a treaty if it will not be honored or if its terms can't be enforced. The idea that he doesn't have his countrymen's interests at heart or that he is cavalierly sacrificing their lives for his ambition is something you came to the table with. It's not based on any reality.

In Putin, you have a guy who has poisoned and murdered doctors, dissidents, expats, and journalists. He decided to invade Ukraine not because of threats by NATO but because he believes Russia has a territorial right to rule over Ukraine. He assassinates people when they get in his way. Yet you want to know if Zelenskyy is bad.... He's 10 times the human being you are. If he's done something dishonorable or self-serving, by all means point it out.

Given Putin hasn't accepted Trump's one-sided peace plan which gave him just about everything he wanted, that is a risible claim. Would you also say that Winston Churchill was responsible for all the British people killed by Nazi bombing because he refused to surrender to Hitler?
