Sounds plausible, but if they are associated with the US military they should probably tell the incoming President, who thinks they should be shot down.

I just heard Trump on TV. He did NOT say to just shoot them all down, He said if they were from enemy countries the should be downed, but he doesn't think they are enemy drones, or else the military would be downing them already. Of course that would presume that the military has a functioning commander in chief which is Not currently the case,
