Re: Barely Legal Chanel Santini
I just find it amusing how others keep complaining how others look and live their life - but - then again, i guess it might be easier to target others "mistakes" (in their eyes) than look in the mirror and do something about their own life.
(and I think she still look great)

Re: Barely Legal Chanel Santini
To be clear, on twitter, she/they declared themselves gender fluid, not as someone who was full-on detransitioning. The new, more masculine look doesn't appeal to me personally, but I don't there's anything unethical going on with the changes in appearance and identification.

Re: Barely Legal Chanel Santini
Evil? How do you get to decide how people should live their lives?
I don't and I have no right to do so.
Do you have any clue how confusing and difficult it is to transition?
I know. Only the person knows.
It's the hardest thing a person can do. Some people can't handle the pressure at all.
I can only imagine.
Transgender suicide rates are very high.
I know
One of the reasons it is hard is because of judgmental people like you. How can you be trans attracted and hold it against a woman for having been born with male genitalia? The past remains part of a person, regardless of your fantasies.
I was not judging. I was speaking about certain and few cases from the past. Like Vicky Richter or that dude that reverted back and now is a Trump supporter. Not that I have anything against that. I just mentioned this fact so people know who I am talking about.
I apologize if my words came out harsh in my previous message or if it sounded like I was talking about every TS out there. I was not generalizing. God knows how many times I defended Trans-gendered people in public, with my friends and family. And I always mention the depression and high suicide rate that I know is a problem. It took two of my idols: Patricia Araujo and the lovely Patricia Bysmark. So I know how painful it can be for some.
It is just shocking to me that a TS would go to such a length to look better than 99% of Generic Girls out there, just to give it up in a minute and in such a short period of time. I am sorry but I am having a hard time believing it is solely a soul searching mission. Maybe life has taught me different lessons. But I've seen it done many many times. For instance Vicky Richter was one of the reasons I even got into transsexual girls. It was one of those bait pictures you get and blam you end up discovering a whole new world that you didn't even know existed. Yet I read that she did all of that transitioning for money and to trick men. Do you know how hurtful that is? I mean your reason to get into T-girls in the first place was the bottom of it, in its essence: A LIE.
Furthermore, I read many articles that in Thailand, boys or gay boys will act as transsexual women to make money. They do it for 5-10 years then revert back. Yea they call us pharang over there. Which is a derogatory word for foreigners. A slur (Pharang = Foreign).
Yes, you mentioned T-girls and their feelings, but everyone seems to forget about the feelings of men. Just because we have Testosterone, it doesn't make us monsters. Many T-girls tend to abuse men and simply go after their cash, however it is done. Many of us are not just after our libido. We come here not just for the sexual pictures, but for good discussions and advice as well. We have feelings too. Although most of us hide them well, but we are humans. That's what I was trying to say when I wrote my previous message about Chanel. I grew to like her in the last few years and to be honest, I use her as a model of perfection when I exercise or try to lose weight and look good. When you build such a beautiful image of someone in your mind, it is shocking to have it distorted. It happened so many times in the past. I hope it won't happen again.

I'm not a fan of the new look at all personally, but if that's what Chanel wants, well then that's that.

Re: Barely Legal Chanel Santini
Talking with a clinical psychologist many years ago, he confessed that psychology has failed to produce a stable definition of a person. I would now demur, and claim most of us have AIDS: Acquired Identity Definition Syndrom.
I acquired my ID when I was growing up and my parents, my siblings, my schoolteachers et al, all informed me I am Male. On one level I was co-opted into Male Growth Expectations: I played football; on another I resisted: I looked bewidered at model boats and 'planes that were given to me as gifts- because that is what boys want (!)-, and gave them to my mother who loved assemblng these purposeless objects. Then, in my 20s at a time when I was single and unmarried, I was informed by my boss at the time, when admittedly he was very, very drunk 'you are not a man in my estimation', so the development of the self and the person do not appear to follow a linear line from birth to death, with one Identity stamped on the body for all time. And though I have never wanted to be a woman, my sense of my own identity as a man, as well as my behaviour is mine alone, and I really don't care if people in society judge a man by his ability to procreate, or to kill, or write books, or be a President.
So the reality is that all identities are fluid, maybe or sometimes on a daily basis. Chanel at 18 becomes a gorgeous woman desired by men and women alike, as well as those who decline to identify themselves as men or women. When she is 28 she may be he, or whatever Chane chooses, because that is the freedom life confers on a human, who can acquired any identity they want to. It can only be important to that person. Society can try to impose an identity on Chanel but it is her choice to become Chuck if she wants to. Heidegger says somewhere that we do not really exist in time as if we were a train constantly propelled forward, we exist in time that has curves and roundabouts, we can live in our past and present at the same time, and can only shape our lives in relation to death, the most important 'nothingness' we mostly seek to avoid. On this journey back and forth, identity is the rails on which we travel.
Let her be. Don't be a jerk, just jerk off, which is what most do with regard to Chanel anyway and can do for many years to come.

You had me but then you lost me. You said some thoughtful things, but then you went back to claiming you're the victim of some sort of conspiracy. Your feelings are your feelings, but trans individuals risk their lives simply by trying to figure out who they are. They are humans. It is disrespectful to assume that they are just trying to trick you for your money. Did Chanel Santini ever get any money from you? Did she ever promise you anything?

That's not how you convince someone. You are doing the opposite of what you are preaching. Telling me not to judge someone while you yourself are judging me. That is not how you win people over to your cause. Luckily Stavros succeeded in one post in what you failed to do in three. I now see. I understand now.

I vote for this to be the quote of the week. It did put a smile on my face. Just for this phrase you deserved an up-vote and I wish I could vote for your post numerous times.
Wow Stavros. Your message was amazing and won me over to your thinking. You must be a psychologist. ☺️
Thank you for sharing your personal experience with me. I am sorry to hear that drivel about your boss. It appears it did affect you deeply. Did he mean it physically? as you look effeminate or did he mean it as you don't act like a macho?
I know that each person have their twisted idea of what a man and what a woman should look like and how each should act and what their role in society should be. But I did sense that this fact never bothered you a bit, as you live your life the way you want to, and not the way others want you to live it.
Thank you again. I will be honored to call you my friend. 👍
