When there is a demand for something sites will always pop up, legal or not. I expect there to be a popular site by the end of the year (if there isn't already).

There already is a suitable, established, UK site, which has made a few recent tweaks to become more TS friendly. However, some are averse to joining for various reasons.

I'd agree there's still a demand for a TS only review site, but not if they are going to close down within a few months of starting up. How many people out there are willing to put the effort and money into running a site like that for little or no personal gain?
