Can anyone recommend an app or program to resize a gif, i have lots,but every time i try to post one here (about 12 times now) i get warned
that it's size is too big and it's usually about 1.6mb ?...i used a free web site and it still wasn't the right size

a good program is Gif Movie Gear, but I think your best bet would be to use Tumblr or another photo hosting site to upload the image then hotlink it here. When adding the gif, uncheck the box that asks if you want the board to retrieve the file and host it locally.
