I never knew who the owner and developers for this site, backpage and craigslist were and I still used them. Just use a VPN and never put in real personal information and you are fine. Every website has to start off somewhere lol. VPN can make your internet faster anyways, so with the privacy it offers and possibly faster internet I think they are worth it (gotta pay for the good ones, free ones sucks ass or are just free trials).

Billy beat me to the punch, so for the lazy and (apparently non-nerds like me)

go download the opera browser if you're on a desktop (which has a built-in free VPN) and set that VPN location to somewhere in Europe
if you're mobile grab Opera VPN from your app store, then follow the instructions above
you should technically be able to see some sites that have [blocked US access]

I think many of them will move to Grindr app. I already see some in the "Trans" tribe with profiles saying "Generous man only".

You can choose the "Trans tribe" by clicking on "Filters" in the main Grindr screen, click on "Edit" and you will be able to figure it out from there. Many Trans there, many looking for dates, hookups and a few escorts.
