First of all, before all of this, I really could not stand this woman. She comes across as a complete idiot, but then again it just maybe a persona to sound 'homy' and 'folksy'. I don't cook, I hate cooking, I don't watch cooking shows.

After her whole diabetes scandal I though her a sincere hypocrite and now this....

I will tell you that the use of language in passing does not bother me in the sense that I think a lot of people use language in a moment, or for a joke and I do not think that is punishable. Maybe in the public court as a public person and corporation yes, but not a sentence to be branded a racist or sexist or homophobe, as long as language is not used in a way to cause malice or truly incite hate. We at all say things out of anger, that is one of the unfortunate factors of the human condition.

HOWEVER, your attitudes and actions and are what count. I think this woman is blithely unaware of just how she sounds or how racist she may be.

Take a look at this video from 2012- she sounds like a total idiot especially when calling her employee 'black is this board', and asking him to move so everyone could see him. Calling slaves 'workers'?

Either she is blithely unaware of how she sounds or she really is a racist, and in America you have every right to believe that BUT when you practice it then yes I think you should be punished.

I hope she goes away just for the mere fact that is an annoying idiot and maybe this scandal will help.

I don't know her (and if I believe Jimmy, I guess I'm not missing much). But to me, the concept of race doesn't mean anything and we should simply abandon it. We're not dogs or cats, we're human beings. Some slight physiological differences or a variation in skin pigment doesn't make group characterizations. If you're talking about a culture, a People or an ethnic group, well, ok, yes, of course. But "races"? Naw! Meaningless concept.
