I'm a Republican. I guess I'm socially conservative, but with a serious lean to moderate.
I'm not a cling to my bible type. I really don't care about religion and roll my eyes when someone says that all they have to do is pray or push their religious beliefs. I also feel the same about atheists and wanting to take God out of everything. People need to worry about themselves.
I don't have a problem with same sex marriage. I think anyone should be allowed to marry whomever they want as long as two people love each other what do I care.
I personally am pro-life, but I'm not going to tell someone what they should do with their body. if it's murder, then that is for them to take up with their maker when they die.
I strongly believe in the 2nd Amendment and I will fight anyone who wants to take away my rights to bear arms.
I feel the government needs to stay out of people's lives. I don't need someone telling my what I can and can't eat. What I should do with my money and how I should live.
This part may not come out right. I'm sick of the whole being PC and everyone is a winner and everyone needs to be happy bullshit.
I don't agree with welfare and food stamps to a point. I believe that it can help in times of needs, but I can't stand those that abuse it. same with unemployment or any gov. assistance program.
That's just a few of my beliefs. I don't want to start a flame war or a political debate.

I consider myself to be very Liberal. But it seems to me that you are a reasonable person. And we agree in more than one area. I have not taken the time, to say that HA is the major place that I can interact with people of that different political outlook. It helps me to better define what I believe. So I am saying tht I am thankful for the input of conservatives, as well as everyone esle.
