Your fault thus far has been your assumption that I don't understand the full scope of your response. That I'm somehow dullard enough to escape your metaphors and miss the entire point. Word choice, and negligible omission? If you don't understand how the word 'some' changes the implication of a sentence, then I don't know what to say to you besides go take a math class. Einstein's life was spent proving ideas in a lab yet he makes a pronouncement about Jesus without having any proof - doesn't that strike you as odd? And if he did have proof then he certainly kept it from everyone else.

I also read the teachings of the buddha which are also very interesting.

SOMEONE had to write down the gospels...who cares who said it... or wrote it down... its the texts and the meaning behind that texts that matters..
and BTW I believe the sutra's were written down long after the buddha passed away... and oral traditions were more accurate then, then they are now...

there is actually plenty of evidence of the life of Jesus. There are some fascinating doctoral papers on the subject, on the subject of what he actually said and waht was added etc. the bottom line is you are talking about faith. Faith does not require proof. if you had proof it wouldn't be faith. Chris hitchens had it right. Religon is the root of conflict not peace

I follow the teachings of jesus because that's what I was taught growing up, as oppose to a buddhist with Siddhartha. However the teachings could not be more similar so why change?

Einstein Believed in Jesus from what he gathered in historical events, and even say He was the best teacher in any historical figures..

What does believing in someone have to do with your intelligence? Just because you believe in a persons he should stop experimenting, and doing researches? That's dumb... Einstein did not believe in god because he felt there is no physical or historic evidence, Jesus is different he was a living human, with many facts supporting him...

In a secular matter separate God from Jesus...
