i'm sorry again evon, but cops do all of the above and get convictions . the SCOTUS ruled monday that the police can strip search you for having a loud muffler . if the can do that just imagine what else the get away with .

In rare instances they can, but a woman who will fight the case, under the circumstances that she didn't say anything to discuss exchange sex for money. the cops have to show up and provide evidence in court, having a lawyer they will ask for this and the courts know better than t have a case with no evidence.

A friend of mine went trough it, when the courts found out she was fighting the case they dropped the case.

Another friend of mine just hired a lawyer, and I'm sure it will be the same thing... Most of the girls don't fight it, they just plead guilty, but thats not good cause you will have a record.

However state of Nevada is different since they don't have entrapment law....

I'm going to try to keep this short. I made it clear I wasn't trying to insult you. I did that twice, actually. Despite that, you're still trying to defend yourself, and at this point I can't help but think it's because you're a tad insecure. If you want to take that as a slap in the face, go for it; but I'd recommend you pick your battles because I'm not the type of person who backs down, and this is some really petty bull shit.

I don't want this issue to carry over and cause problems in other topics, but if it does; there's nothing that annoys me more than when people infer insult. If you feel like you gotta call me out, be real about it. I need to know why. Traipsing around calling me a creepy internet stalker isn't fair because everybody else "gets it", but I can't counter without looking like a jackass jumping to conclusions and that's kinda frustrating.

Lastly, you should probably figure out what you want from our forum. Complaining when guys pick on you, and complaining when guys try to be cordial kinda makes you look like a bitch. HA is a public forum, so anything you post on here is our business... not yours. When you address anyone here, you have to go with it imo. I ignore at least 75% of the people on this forum for a variety of reasons. The biggest being, I don't sexually get off on 99% of the porn and erotica I see here in the first place. I like seeing beautiful men and women, including TS women, having sex. So I have very little in common with most people here in that regard. Beyond that, I just enjoy a decent conversation. I don't initially underestimate anyone about how capable they are to have one. But lots of people here are practically illiterate and/or not very bright. So, when someone puts themselves on my radar, I assume that responding somehow is not unexpected, either directly or in the future. But if you notice, I keep my opinions to myself most times, especially on porn.
