I think that's different. You began by having a working relationship with them. I'm talking about guys who say "let's be friends" who don't really know you; not people who you work with who you later become friends with.

i think there are 2 issues here.

guys that contact a pro/escort and say they want to be friends...if that is the only extent on what we are talking about...are hilarious. these guys (1) might be trying to use a professional avenue to get free sex or (2) are lame for even thinking that will work.

guys that meet a girl/tgirl in any other capacity than a client/escort precondition, should NOT be judged as harshly as some of you are. If a guy hits on you in an environment where there is no way he could know you were a pro, then you should just take it as a compliment. if a guy talks with you cordially, but in a non-aggressive way, and YOU are closed off to any friendly conversation, then its really your bias that is getting in your way of having a friend.

the only thing i can point to that there are many so-called platonic relationships between males and females in the world. if you as a tgirl don't have any str8 male friends, or at least non-gay male friends that don't want to fuck you...its really your fault, not that of the males you meet.

I never approach girls with that "lets be friends" attitude, specially if I know its a working girl.
