Don't forget that Phuket is a small island so any flooding can easily dissipate. The problems in mainland LOS was being caused by the wall of water draining south Asia.

My bad. I didn't really follow the news regarding the flooding, though, so I didn't know what parts of Thailand were affected. Either way, I hope they recover soon.

Fair enough. The recovery is slow but steady. The floodwaters have been receding and drying up. Thailand is in its cold & dry season. The FROC has finished up its doings though. Things are slowly going back to normal.

Yes, the big problem at the moment is the effects of the floods on the production of computer parts, especially hard drives. Prices have rocketed.
