Yes, yes, yes, and yes. The client brings me their product and ideas about what they want. I look it all over, and my team of 3 other people start finding statistics about it, consumer statistics, and any other info related to their type of product. My team is good too. Then we bump heads and come up with concepts of an ad. We narrow them down to 3 or 4, and talk to the client for their input on our ideas. If they really like one, we take it and go from there.

At this point it is creating story boards for the ad with quicky scripts. we rewrite them and rewrite them again and again and again until something trips our triggers. Before you know it, we have a 30 second script and concept ready to go. Then we contract some actors or announcers. One in the team has the duty of creating the graphics over the ad. I get final approval of the entire concept. Then call the client and get their input again. If they hate it, it's back to the beginning. But if they love it, we call studios and producers. Once they have recorded the commercial, I get to go over it and edit if needed. When it leaves my hands, it is heading to the distributers for sending to broadcasters.

Keep in mind this entire process could only take a few days, or a few months to finish. But I have never had a client turn down anything my team and I have finished for them. I have created ove 2,000 ads, and I know that you have seen many of them. We also do magazine ad layouts. This is where our photo studio comes in. Our ads are also found on billboards, and sides of buildings in cities. And every time a client is happy with a new ad, I get a nice bonus. Usually from the client's company. This pretty normal in this business. That's it in a nutshell.

Wow sounds pretty legit. All in Connecticut? I though like all the artist where like in nyc or in the west coast.

Are all your artist local? I'm assuming so considering the size of your crew. And do u have a website where I can check out your work?

I'm about to go to sleep now because I need to wake up early, like in a few hours early, and my TV is starting to sound like mumble jumble and my eyes are on the verge of falling ot of it sockets from sleepiness, but, IF u want, hit me up via inbox, PM whatever its called, with the website and/or ur email if u dont wanna share it publicly and lemme know if u wanna work together. Shot me ur email and I'll hit u up if u wanna network. If you dont wanna its all cool. I know shorter the crew, more money yall can keep. I can give u a little more ins and out of what I know. I dont wanna talk business on a porn forum

Sounds like a small agency which I personally prefer. Not so many hands in the pot which keeps the chain of command relatively low. Pretty cush job; I'm jealous.

I left my agency because there was way too much bureaucracy. Everyone had an ego; it took forever for stuff to get green-lighted. And then the goddamned pecking order; all the big bosses would take the credit!!!

I can say that our company HQ is in NYC. But there are branches all over the tri-state area. Our team are from all over the area. One is from the NYC office that comes up to Norwalk when we need him. The other 2 are local. But My team is not the only one at my location. We have 5 teams, and I head one of them.

I would rather not mention the name of the company for obvious reasons. And I do not wish to name any of the client names or products. But I will say that last winter I had a nasty cold, and I took this very popular green "so I could rest" liquid. I also fly with excellence in flight. Green seems to be a popular color with us. By the way I have a nice 31 inch HDTV which is not very LarGe. I also love my laptop PC. It is loaded but not too High Priced.

It'd be cool if we could chill and shit before I leave the northeast. I'm only here now because of family and once I do leave, I aint coming back unless its too like nyc or something for a visit. If we were to go any further I probably would have to ask anyways for ur site and possibly your Linkedin account just to make sure I'm really communicating to you and no one trynna be funny or nosey, and make sure that shit is legit and shit

So, being in the business, what's your take on Mad Men? I know that they use former ad execs as consultants on the show, and that they strive for accuracy. Obviously it's a different era, but I imagine a lot of the dynamics are the same. Are you a Don Draper? Peggy Olsen? Pete Campbell? Actually, you're probably not a Pete...more a Peggy or Don.

To be honest Max, I don't watch Mad men. I can not get into it. Actually this is true for most of the shows on TV. The best days of television were gone back in the 90's. The most intelligence on TV is from the Simpsons, and Family Guy. Those shows are genius, and tell a truthfull and powerful mesage. They emulate the true absurdity of real life. Otherwise, I watch a lot from the news channels, partly for information, but mostly for entertainment. The rest of my viewing is from DVD and BluRay or HBO and Starz on the home theater system.

180 channels and nothing on for $200 a month.

I had a MAC and it could not use many of the programs I need in the office. So I quickly became a PC girl. And if you have seen my work, you will see the quality results of my use of Windows. It hasn't failed me yet.

My team was hand picked by me. I think they are the best in the business. We know each other so well, by the time I start giving instructions, they are already on it. My guys always seem to stay one step ahead of me. When I get a bonus for an exceptional job well done, I make sure they get bonuses too. They deserve it. My bonus for my latest "Green Liquid" ad will pay off my Ford Explorer that I got new a year ago. Trust me, I wouldn't change a thing. LOL Would you?...
