Most get $300 a scene. Some get $400-500 a scene. Not sure what Kink pays for their harder stuff.
Thought it would be more; that's what a good house painter gets...

Depends on the model - how ready she is when she gets there, how responsive she is to the camera, how much coaching she needs. If it's a solo can take anywhere from 60 mins to 3+ hrs.
