I so loved her old look. Absolutely beautiful as far as I was concerned. Did not need to alter a thing. So tell me please. Why do these girls get so overboard with it. I know they don't want to look like their former male selves. But I think it's getting to the point of crazy. even her boobs and ass changed so dramatically. Am I wrong in this assumption?

You're wrong on this one on so many levels. First off girls want to feel and look feminine. It's her body so it's her choice. We don't have any right to tell someone to not have surgery.
Secondly, you're not being fair to Mia. Your pictures show her after the surgery was done and her process was not complete. NEVER judge surgery results in the first few weeks and months. It takes up to a year for the results to drop and look natural.
Here are the actual results from her most recent surgery. This is from her MOST RECENT hardcore scene.
i think it's the hair that makes the difference. in my opinion, the short hair doesn't work.

Here is a good example. Say Christian has a large fan base of girls who like him because they adore his bald head, shaven face and his build. Everyone not agreeing with my statement can go on and think what they want. Most probably don't want to come out and say how they really feel for fear of looking as though they only care about the looks. But lets face it. In the porn industry, we like who we feel turns us on. That's the whole nature of the business. This isn't about how the girls are outside of the business, it's how we see them on camera. Am I wrong?
And as far as what Liberty stated in that fans come and go. I will bet any amount of money that the majority that know the differences between the old look and the new look, will say as I have. from my perspective as a porn fan....i am no longer interested in mia. the more surgery she has had, the more i've found other girls far superior. so taking into account that the ONLY relationship i have with Mia and will ever even care to have is that of a consumer, i am no longer HER consumer. it is my right as a consumer to complain about a product to a certain degree but since there is no way to affect change in this case, i just don't bother.
now, from a personal perspective, i don't know her, her motivation or her intentions so she can do whatever makes her happy or at least makes her satisfied. i realize my opinion of her looks will never matter to her so what's the point of dwelling on it.
as i always say...the best way to express your interest in a model or lack there of is simple...don't spend money on porn that isn't exactly what you like because the economics of the situation are more important than banter.

Johnny.Blaze is not wrong. Regardless of what you think of his subjective opinions, he is basing them not on private, stolen or not for public consumption pictures. She put herself out there apparantly before the results of her surgery had time to more accurately resemble how she wanted to look (according to other posts here it takes a full year) and if it's true that it takes a year to see the true results, then it must also be true that the pictures immediately post surgery are NOT what she wants to look like....which I think, means Johnny is correct.

my view is that it only focussed on the street girls who live rough and probably on drugs. They dont make up all the gay scene. I heard there are doctors, teachers, lawyers, hairdressers, actors, photographers, engineers, architects and loads more professions who are gay and have their own discreet scene. they wont pick up any of the tricks or street girls tkhe docu focussed on.
