No poo at all, is not that hard. It's about knowing your body.

How to douche
Firstly, Open the window; you won't believe how bad you smell on the inside! :14[*]Water must be no more than 40 degrees, ie. not too hot. Don't use numbing agents to 'facilitate' anal sex. Use all the lube you want, but dont block out the messages you're getting from your anatomy. If it hurts you need to pay attention as you're being damaged and they/you need to stop.*
Don't mask the pain. The pain is your body communicating with you.
To block this may result in injury.
