Catching std off TS has put me off TS..should it?

Well i have had a couple of amazing sexual experiences with Two very sexy TS girls.

I took pre-cautions and used condoms for penetration but not for oral and know i am just getting over a dose of gonorroeah which is the first STD i have caught and it is not to pleasant! I am also fearful if i caught anything else. I have had one of there cum in my mouth.

Hi that what i was thinking and alway thought but talking to the health visitor apparently not. There is a large outbreak of syphillis in the gay community where there is very low rates in the hetrosexual community and the How much this affects the TS community is open to debate. Also the risk of HIV is higher.

I think the issue is not just crucial but often too hidden in the background of what everyone says and does. I know that bringing up STDs with a potential partner is a real moment killer.

The original poster touched on an interesting subject. Sex is sex (oral, anal, vaginal, whatever). Any anatomical part that produces fluids, basically, and makes internal contact with another person, is a risk. Most people don't actually realize this.

I honestly don't know much about the genetic underpinnings of the whole thing. But I know the basics.

People who are tested regularily and primarily have sex within a fairly controlled group or with a regular partner or partners (such as porn performers) are very much LESS at risk then the general public. Sex with professional escorts who follow due dilligence is also low risk, but the escort will (should) insist on protection with a client. If they don't, that should be a red flag.

Letting a TS escort, who you haven't seen papers from and don't fully trust, cum in your mouth, is a pretty bad move. Exchanging fluids with anyone you don't have confirmation of regular testing with (and trust the legitimacy of such documentaion) is bad.

All good advice and something which i think needed to be said and debated.

I am worried and wondering about the chances of me having HIV.

I did chat to the girl and she decided to conceal from me that she was a escort.

The moral of the story it is better to safer than sorry. I must admit that i thought the chances of catching hiv through oral as very low although now the worry just ain't worth it.

The whole incident has changed my attitude towards my sexual behaviour. My experience is almost all with hetrosexual woman whuich i have been with quite a few and has left me thinking about my past behaviour with everyone. My future is to be a whole lot more careful and to change my behaviour.

Thank you. No one could've said it better. U should always protect yourself regardless to WHO you are engaging in sexual activities with! Don't generalize cuz it definitely leads to more unnecessary stereotyping. You're at risk if you have unprotected sex with ANYONE, and condoms were originally made for the prevention on pregnancy yes... but the only thing 100% safe is abstinence.

Hi, Im going to chime in here, i was always told that 'frottage'(rubbing cocks together) is one of the safest acts , since there is no penetration involved. IN that it is very hard for fluid to be exchabged from one penis to another unless there is alot of direct contact head to head. Especially in terms of HIV, I was just curious because this os one of my favorite things to do, since Ive heard and read its primarily the safest of all to do and you can do without a condom.

most std's are transferred thru bodily fluids. Those being semen, blood and breast milk. Its not likely to catch MOST std's thru body rubbing. The only one exception THAT I KNOW OF is crabs, which u could just as easily get from sitting on a public toilet after someone carrying. Then again u take chances risking your life EVERDAY u step out of yoour house...

Now with semen in the mouth... BAD IDEA if u have gingivitis. I hear the best thing to do in which case it to spit or swallow but quickly. The acids in your stomach will kill and infections if there r any, but a warm humid place like the mouth is definately breeding grounds for some nastiezzzz.

Just for the record, it is HIV that is difficult to catch via oral (for the offer, the receiver is another matter), however all other forms of STD are easily transmitted/infect mucus membrane tissue such as oral, anal, and vaginal cavity.

Getting VD from oral is common because usually the person infected does not know he/she has it, and or does not care. Unless the lesions are towards the front of the mouth, the person may not know they are infected and or ignore the signs of illness. Considering how many providers do not seek regular health care, the infection can go on untreated.

Back when back rooms/glory holes were big on the gay scene, many men would come down with a "weepy cock" from unprotected sex. The AIDS crisis changed things for awhile, but the Internet,chat has brought the backroom right to one's computer.

Moral of the story, unless you know where something has been, keep your lad wrapped.
