Allegations of HIV

There was a thread running here in which it was claimed that a certain London based escort has HIV and practices bareback - presumably to spread it around. I've removed it. It is essentially a criminal libel on the escort involved and the allegation cannot be proven here so I've taken it down.

Any thoughts - without naming the girl - on this It is very easy to make this suggestion especially sheltering, as the bulk of us here do, under a pseudonym. But hugely damaging to the reputation of this escort or any escort subject to such an allegation. (it would be equally wrong to make this sort of claim about a customer).

The bottom line, repeated endlessly in posts across this forum over time, is on the individual to protect themselves - so that if in an encounter, paid for or otherwise, they choose to engage in unsafe sex then both parties do so with an adult attitude to the risk involved in this.

Talking generally now, anyone who has a large amountnt of rumors knocking around on the internet about hiv infection and is working as an escort should really address the issue.

Yeah a lot of damage has already been done. But yeah why not get a test, scan it in and upload it?

Feds: Sergeant hid diagnosis from “multitude” of sex partners

An HIV-positive Air Force sergeant failed to disclose his medical condition before engaging in sexual activity with a “multitude” of partners he met at “swinger” parties and through adult web sites, according to a military investigation, The Smoking Gun has learned.

The criminal probe of Sgt. David Gutierrez, a 20-year military veteran, began last month when the Air Force Office of Special Investigations received information that he had “engaged in numerous, unprotected sexual acts…over the course of three years.” According to court records, investigators charge that, due to Gutierrez’s HIV status, these encounters amounted to “aggravated assault against several men and women in and around the Wichita, Kansas area.”

The 43-year-old Gutierrez, stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, was “apprehended” on August 9 for violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice. At the time, a “search of his person and vehicle was conducted pursuant to a search authority granted by a military magistrate,” records show. Two subsequent searches--conducted at the Wichita home Gutierrez shares with his wife Gina--targeted his computers and other belongings in a bid to “identify potential witnesses and victims.”

Gutierrez’s wife told investigators that he became infected with HIV in 2007 while stationed in Italy.

“Gutierrez began having unprotected sex with numerous partners,” Gina Gutierrez told Air Force investigators. She said that her husband used adult networking web sites to arrange “sexual encounters with both male and female partners,” and “bragged” to her “about his numerous sexual exploits in the Wichita area and commented he never informed the other parties of being HIV positive.” Online profiles indicate that Gutierrez’s wife has participated with him in swinging activity, both in Kansas and Italy.


In his affidavit, Freeman disclosed having interviewed two women who reported having unprotected sex with Gutierrez after meeting him through adult web sites.

Rule of thumb: An HIV test given today will tell you your HIV status as of 12 weeks prior.


That is why it is important to wait 12 weeks from your last possible exposure to be sure your test result is accurate.



Just wear a condom and then no need to worry whether the other person is HIV pos or HIV neg, or has any other sexually transmitted deseases.

It actually depends on the type of test...there are two:

An antibody test (which doesn't detect the virus but the person's response to exposure) can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to test positive...the vast majority of people will develop AB's within 90 days. The test itself only requires a swab.

The RNA test looks for the virus itself...this test can only be done with a blood sample...very reliable 10 days post-exposure.

Just looked at the WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION website for the latest time period for the tests to be 100% accurate and you are quite correct. Looks like 12 weeks is the guidelines according to them. But I guess they could be wrong.

PMs sent to me have taken me to task for removing the original thread suggesting a specific named escort has hiv. I repeat that I feel this is an unfair accusation to make without any proof. The fact the escort involved is alleged to regularly offer bareback sex - with some evidence to support this allegation - might suggest she could be infected is still not proof of this.

I do not believe it was wrong to delete this thread. This sort of accusation could be flung here against any working girl.

If the HIV test is this one that show the result at the moment (1 drop/2 drops) - it is 3 months.

If the HIV test is the blood test sent to the lab ( results are known after 1 week) it is 1 month.

I know it for sure, because I go with some escorts to help them do it from time to time.

And everyone needs to bear in mind that while the law in the internet context is still very much in its infancy, both the site owners and perhaps individual posters could be laying themselves open to litigation for libel if an aggrieved escort decided to pursue it. It's a mix of common courtesy/decency and simple pragmatism.

Consider the recent events in the UK where a conservative peer was wrongly linked to allegations of child molesting and decided to pursue those who had repeated the allegations on twitter. That action is ongoing.

Best part, if are infected with any of the last three, you can get free treatment there, on the spot. The staff is friendly, efficient, and awesome!

I am one of the millions and millions of uninsured Americans at the moment, but even when I have had insurance I will only go here for sexual health and will continue to do so when I have insurance again.

it is the responsibility of both parties to practice safe sex, if both engage in unprotected sex they are equally responsible if one catches the other, lots of evil people out there so protect yourself and be smart...
