Kinda. Like a modification of supron's method. Invert the scrotum to function as a vagina, and craft the vulva out of scrotum/insensitive areas, as though the doctor was working with a patient who does not have enough penile skin to use to construct the vagina.
I am not talking about the same crafting job as the pic. I am only talking about a similar system.

I can't imagine any reputable surgeon doing the kind of Frankenstein weirdness you're describing, let alone the stuff that tattooed nutjob in the pictures above had. You want to get fucked? You've got an asshole.

For the record, I do agree about the therapy suggestion. Although, it is more on the topic of me not wanting to lose potential gain. I get obsessions like this. This is not about futa stuff. This is about "If I let part of me atrophy I will NEVER get it back, and if something useful could have been done with it, I will regret it forever."
Now, I see that it would actually be a bit counterproductive to have this done even if I could find a good surgeon to do it. It creates a bit of internal conflict, but I guess it is a good thing in this case.

But the fact of the matter is that these people are in between two sexes, and they have to deal with that. And this is why doctors have always been intervening at birth to “correct” the state of intersexuation. More and more intersex people today justifiably demand the right for children to choose, from now on.
In this case, this is more like a desire to be a “futanari”, those absurd and horrible Japanese “dickgirls”. My guess is it should be difficult for that young woman.
This being said, it takes a bit of everything to make a world, even the most extreme.

This hybrid surgery may very well end up being a legitimate option one day. It certainly doesn't have to be the freak show you see in the photos in this thread.
