i consider myself pretty open-minded, but i know i can't be the only one that get really frickin freaked out by BUCK (the F to M transexual). i just saw allanah's post with the box cover of the movie she did with him. i'm sorry to say this is one of allanah's movies that i have no desire to see. sorry babe
That's a pretty close minded view by someone who considers themselves to be "open minded". If you do not wish to see it, of course you do not have to watch it. But I find the "freaking out" comment a bit offensive- as Buck is a transsexual as well, and I am sure many, many, many people are "freaked out" by a woman with a penis. I guess people who live in glass houses should not throw stones- and I do not mean that as an insult.

I am under contract with Gia Darling Entertainment as a performer and associate producer of the series. I have no financial stake in Gia Darling Entertainment or Avalon. Buck agreed, was paid, and will benefit from the publicity generated as it has recieved major coverage in The Village Voice, PlayBoy TV, and AVN both online and the magazine. as in good faith, i am promoting this project because i am proud of it. the only person i am exploitng here is MYSELF. it is not A "HUSTLE" SWEETIE- it is a business. your comment about me making money off of buck and that is the reason I am defenfding him is quite ridiculous. But I have to honestly say that it seems like you could've just taken this guys original comments as feedback, or "one potential consumer response" and that's it. As you grow, expand and continue to push that envelope, you have to expect a wide range of responses, views, disagreements, "shock values" etc. It comes with the territory. It doesn't seem worth your time to spar back and forth with someone who shares openly about a video or scene or production that you are proud of and have engaged in. You have to see yourself as much much more bigger than that. I'm not even saying he's wrong, because that is his opinion, but to you he should be only one person among the masses of people that you know are going to be buying and/or viewing this video. All with thier own views, thoughts and likes/dislikes.
Again, you have to see yourself bigger than that. Even Evil Angel or Grooby, etc gets a bad review or response occasionally I'm sure, but I would think that they just see it as feedback to take or not take into consideration for other productions. I'm sure one persons point of view doesn't warrant an in-depth response.
So, keep doing your thing, and just brush some things off your shoulders as nothing to worry about.

To Allanah: I think that since Buck is so new to many of us (we've been exposed to M to F transsexuals for so long that they are "no big deal" to us anymore), that it does seem a little freaky to most. I don't see it as freaky since my first viewing of a transsexual was actually in a dream when I was 11 or 12 years old. The woman had the cock and the man had the pussy. I didn't really understand it when I woke up, but I sure as hell remember the dream. I guess it was very Freudian. But the dream didn't freak me out nearly as much as my parents' reaction when I told them about it. They REALLY freaked out on that one. I never mentioned it to them again.
I myself never have been attracted to the male form (so Buck really doesn't do anything for me), and I admit to having been a homophobe until I was a junior in High School, when I had to perform with an admitted homosexual in Drama class.
