Why all this constant criticism of plastic surgery?

Why do so many of you guys are always saying negative things about the girls who have plastic surgery? Let me tell you something, everyone, I mean every girl has been cosmetically enhanced one way or another. I myself am very pleased with all the outcomes I have had from the myriad of my cosmetic enhancements. Not everyone is graced with natural beauty and I am sick of reading negative things about silicone pumpings and nose jobs, etc. on this board like it is an evil. I am very proud to be ENTIRELY cosmetically enhanced- from head to toe. At least I am honest about it and do not try to claim that hormones had such a miraculous transformation that they changed my bone stucture and I developed dd breasts from them. I think one should always look her best and if surgery is the means then so be it.

Too many go way overboard!! They look like a fake person. Enhancements to look your best are inevitable, but hips that flare much wider than any real persons with an impossibly tiny waist just screams fakeness. And that is just one example.

Have you ever considered that perharps that was the aesthetic that they were going for? Because it is not physically attractive or appealing to you does not suggest that there is anything wrong with it. I my self like a little over the top and animated appearances. My very good girlfriend Amanda Lepore has modeled her self after an over the top bobshell/illusion. Her goal is not to pass or to fit into some image but rather to satisfy her own ideal of beauty. Beauty should not be defined by any one ideal or perspective. Who is anyone to tell me if I have too much silicone is my lips or my breats are too large? If the whole look is complete and well put together there is no need to dismiss to put it down. I am very greatful to live in this country as I was born in Cuba and I know that if I was still there today I would not be able to live and look the way I do. I am proud to be able to manipulate my body AND mold my face and body to my liking. You might not like it, you might not. But why do you feel to have to critize anyone for doing so? It is very easy because the girls are the focus here- if you guys started postin your own pictures and we ladies were able to discuss our likes and dislikes I am sure you would feel the same way.

I think Serena Williams is beautiful and sexy. If she pulled a Michael Jackson and butchered up her face it would be a crime. Allanah is a gorgeous and self-confident woman who's happy with her surgery and that's great. But some people go overboard because they just don't like themselves and this seems to be common among Tgirls.

well as for my self i have no problems when girls have plastic surgery. but there IS such a thing as going overboard...

i would like a girl as long as she doesnt rid herself of the one thing that seperates her from genetic girls. and this point could also be argued. cause if a girl wants to get rid of her cock thats her decision and thats what she wants so it's none of my concern...but she loses that specialness to me.

I've seen a few posts lately where plastic surgery has been mentioned & some have voiced their opinions about it.

I think the problem is to us guys most of the girls aren't real people. I don't mean that in a negative way, but honestly, most of the tgirls we see on the various sites we'll never meet. They only exist on our screens and in our fantasies, which we control. Allanah your asking those questions in a forum which is based on seeing girls photos/videos and knowing little more about them - this is purely a visual/voyeuristic viewpoint and each person has their right to comment on what they like or don't like whether it be large girls, black girls, long haired girls, girls who've had cosmetic surgery, post-ops etc. I don't think it's a criticism of how an individual decides to lead their life or to change anyones views on what makes that individual happy.
You've been wise enough to make choices on cosmetic surgeons and afford ones which have enhanced you to where you think you should be (although even on your website you admit it's a kind of addiction) and in all possible good intentions, you're present a larger than life personality (every time I meet you I forget how petite you are) - this works for you. However, you know that many girls are talked into surgery by unscrupulous friends or men who want to create that girl into their fantasy - in my opinion, there is nothing worse than seeing a nose job which is so obviously a nose job, cheeks which are aritificially hightened to the point of pain and a body that is so un-natural it looks freaky. I like individuals who whether they're TS or girls, look like natural women (whether they've had surgery or not isn't the issue - it's if they fit themselves). I've spent time with you in public and your whole persona, dress sense and physical aspects work as a person- it all fits!
Anyway - that's my views on it - I don't care what she's done - it's whether she works for me.

I know several black trannies in particular who go over board with the silicone injections, they try to get their hips even with their shoulders and it makes them look like a speed boat, it looks that unnatural. Plus the over pumped booty to the point where it looks lumpy and uneven looks terrible. I've stayed away from "pumping" because of the way some other girls look. Besides, many die from the silicone injections or have problems with it later in life.

Gregg I am not mad at you. Your personal taste are your own. I am not trying to dicrate what you should like or not like. You yourself have an extreme appearance and I always believe that if that a person should be able to modify his/her body to their liking. You only get one body so do what you want with it.

I am upset when I read negative comments about of she is too surged, or I liked her better before all that surgery, or why did she have a sex change? I mean these are real people we are talking about who are making choices that will make them happier. Transsexuals are much more that sexual objects. Being a person who makes her living off the sex industry and has objectified herself as a sexual fantasy, I am always trying to look my best. As far as Micahel Jackson, he has a disorderd called body dysmorphia, which is suffered by many people of all walk of life. I am not in his mind- maybe he is happy the way he is. I dont personally thinks he looks attractive but hey so be it ! If he is happy then good for him! Because really, how is Michael Jackson's appearance affecting any of our lifes? Ok, now silicone. First of all peaches, YOU CAN NOT DIE FROM SILICONE INJECTIONS. I have researched this with several doctors. Silicone is an inert substance that your body does not recognize it as part of it but it also does not reject it, so it forms scar tissue around it. The only reason silicone injections are illegal in the United States is because silicone will harden and can move and it is permanent. Alot of transsexuals are injected with various other substances such as mineral oil, industrial grade silicone, and who knows what, that has caused severe medical problems. It is very hard to come across someone who uses medical grade silicone and does it well. I myself am full of it. Anything in life is a risk and only way to acheive the feminine shape I have is through silicone injections. Implants always come put awful and silicone is usually undectable and looks the most natural. Any transsexual who does this has to use her better judgement not just to go to any joe blow who has decided to pump silicone. Girls often make very bad decisons when doing this. I have seen horrors. In the Dominican Republic for instance girls get pumped with Mineral Oil and the results are disastrous, but they are desperate to look feminine. Often girls will go to cheap doctors in orther countries or use cheap means to try to change their bodies. Unless you walk a day in our shoes you wont know how desperate the feeling to look feminine sometime is. As I get older, I know save my money and only go to top doctors who do the best work.

I myself am addicted to surgery. I am always looking for things to correct.
I am not concerned if my ass looks artifically enhanced from 10 miles away as I am sure Mega body is not bothered that his arms look artifical 10 miles away either. I am happy with my body modifications. And if someone thinks I look plastic than thats fine by me. I'm sure you've researched on silicone well but I've also looked into it with various medical professionals. The problem is when un-qualified (the majority of pumpers) inject there is a small but significant risk of the silicome getting into the bloodstream. Once it's in the bloodstream it can travel throughout the body. I've seen it in the foot and the forearm which is nasty looking. On a more serious level, two US models who worked for us died when it caused complications (one within a few hours of being injected) and a Thai girl had a slow horrible death when the silicone travelled to her lungs and they couldn't get it out.

The only safe body injections are colagen which being a substance which occurs in the body, dissolves after a few years back into the body.

Ok- what you are reffereing to is a silicone embolism. That can happen actually with any surgery, of course with blood not silicone. The problem lies that silicone is not legalized in this country- may doctors around the world do inject silicone into various parts of the body. Because of it's illegal nature in the US you have to go to someone who does it illegally, so the person must have a good reputatio. There is a risk with any type of surgery or cosmetic procedures. Silicone itself is not dangerous and will not cause auto immnue disorders or death. In the application there of there might be complications but as with anyone who has had cosmetic surgery knows, even with the most skilled surgeon you sign a list of waivers before you go into surgery that you understand what can go wrong. By the way silcione should NEVER EVER BE INJECTED INTO THE BREAST TISSUE. that is a grave mistake. The body yea because the results are much better and there ARE no other alternatives to acheive a feminine shaped ass or hips. (in the face in certain areas and mininal amounts)

as far as collagen is concerned, it is really not a great product.
you have to have 2 allergy test to first get it because some people have really bad allergic reactions to it...

Just to add my two-cents to this thread - My only concern would be the long (and short) term medical risks associated with pumping silicone into the bootie and/or face. I've seen a few older 40's/50's girls who have silicone travel to their ankles and some guys have told me stories about some girls needing special undies to hold up their asses... That combined with the fact that it is clinically unsafe despite what those actually performing the pumping will tell people. Girls are lead to believe that the pros at this can do no wrong, but that is complete BS as well. I know some LA girls who have had nightmare experiences from this stuff... cheeks shifting after a fight, requiring extremely painful scraping to remove it... Just really bad stuff.

I think traditional soft tissue cosmetic surgery as well as the more "extreme", but sanctioned methods offered of restructuring the bony portions of the face are right on. They are safe and proven. I would rather see the girls condone the safe stuff (which can be done somewhat reasonably in third world countries). Instead, the immediate positive results of pumping or whatever are passed on and the long term affect can be really really dangerous. You can find cases of this stuff all over the web, but it's more real when girls tell you about friends who aren't with us anymore because of it... Yet there are those who condone it.

I have silicone gel implants as well... They are encased in a bag that can get run over by a semi without leaking. Silicone gel implants (where the silicone never touches your body in any way) and pumping raw silicone into your ass are two entirely different things. They are also substantially different from the original silicone implants which can be dangerous (note 4000+ web hits on Silcone Poisoning on Yahoo search) and are very similar to silicone injections. Maybe I should pull out some "Doctor Ousterhout " on you. He is vehemently opposed to silicone injections. I would quote him, but I have already made my point many times over.

when i first went to my consulation with oustehout he toldme his opinion on silicone, but i already have it. AND DEARY he operated on my face regardless that I have silicone in it or not-he just needs to know where it is. SO THERE IS SOME OUSTEHOUT FOR YOU. i am a patient of his i know.

Silicone can be removed in the face by certain plastic surgeons. I know 2 who are very good, but in the body it can not.

The reason why 99 percent of transsexuals get silicone injections in the body is simple- do you want to have a man's shape or a woman's shape

2 - Who cares if girls can get their cheeks scraped. It's painful, expensive, and many TS cannot afford corrective surgery once it's in. It can also lead to a very un-real appearance.

3 - I'm a huge advocate for plastic surgery. A TS without plastic surgery probably isn't very functional in society. However, I am not an advocate for activities which are unsafe that have undereducated (on the topic) people proclaiming the opposite.

Oh and by the way, the correct way or removing silicone from the cheeks is not a scraping because that can damage nerves. Is is a liposuction based technique used with a cortizone solution that dissolves the scar tissue around the silicone as it is sucked out.

Nonetheless, and perhaps its because I've grown up in suburbia, Connecticut, but I've heard quite a few stories about silicon liquid poisoning, and none about silicon gel poisoning.

Heck, on that MTV True Life they even had someone who had suffered from the liquid poisoning since her body rejected it and made her extremely sickly.

As for the question that was actually posed in the thread, I am definitely not against girls that utilize cosmetic surgery.

I've known and gone out some very nice and nice looking transexuals. All had extensive plastic surgery. But the discussion here has been enlightening. Bothe Allanah and Vicki, two very beautiful girls with what I consider two different approaches to their own appearances, make it very clear that this is an extensive journey that should be respected. I'm sure many TS girls have been alerted to some great information, and others might want to think again before going down the road. It takes some emotional stability, as well as intelligence to get it right.

I'd like to hear from Vicki and Allanah about the adverse effects, in any, from drinking and drugs in regards to the pertnent procedures. Many girls I know are struggling with addictions or just plain abuse.

i for one have been very lucky that i have never had a drug or alcohol problem. those are horrible diseases that are so very hard to cure.

believe it or not, i have never experimented with drugs. i worked at night clubs for years, way before the adult stuff, and drugs were thrown in my face every night but i really never was interested. i was always focused on my career and never really liked to lose control. i drink on occassion, but i have a low tolerance so i do not over do it.
so many girls i know have problems with subdtances or party way too much.

i really dont know why so many girls get so caught up with drugs, but it all catches up with you. a lot of these young pretty girls you see now in five years will look blown out. and no its not from the ts life. its the drugs, the party, the abuse of hormomes (your liver can only take so much), and whatever constant reckless behaviour they indulge in.

i pride my self in the fact that as i get older, i look better. (just look at my pictures and you will see!). this is because i never did drugs, smoked, or stayed up for 4 days straight with no sleep (plus the use of surgery, silicone, botox, and every other cosmetic fix ;).

as fas as these behaviours combined with surgery, it does not take einstein to figure out it is not good. drugs and smoking thin your blood, ruin your immune system, and slow down the healing progress. before any plastic surgery you must stop smoking 2 weeks prior and after as well as avoid all recreational drugs, aspirin products, and limit alcohol.

i have heard of girls getting surgery and they are out to party or working 2 days later. that is plain stupid and ignorant. they say that sometimes youth brings on the belief of immortality. and i think since so many girls start out so young these days there is no one to guide them. they don't think of all that can go wrong and that bad things can happen to them. i started late ,at 20 yrs old, and that is why i spent a long time correcting all the messes the male puberty had done with surgery.
but i am glad that i started late- because i had a home life and and education and i was never forced to live a street life or misguided by some transsexual who was so bitter on life. i think that made all the difference with me personally.

life is hard no matter what. and i think for the most of us, men, women, ts-dissapointments always follow and things never really turn out as you thought they would. i just think the most important thing to do in life is always strive to be your best and always make it happen for yourself. throughout my life so many doors have been closed in my face. i could of very well easily turned to drugs after the 100th door closing. instead, what i simply do is when one door closes, i just go knock on the next one.

As far as the guy's question on drinking/drugs. I also have never taken real drugs. Not even 420... I even limit my caffeine intake. I definitely do like to drink (a lot) when I club which is pretty bad. It is my vice to be sure. However, if I am only drinking 1-2 nights a week, then ceste la vie. I dunno... Many girls I know don't drink on the left coast. I know other drugs are pretty rampant out there X, cola, etc... I can't really attribute degradation of appearance to this type of thing although I am sure it is possible. Without surgery, anyone will degrade in appearance as they age. Even then, unless your Zsa Zsa, it is infinitely a losing battle.

I was thinking of a comment earlier... I have two pictures of my non-artificially enhanced bootie on a rating site for female butts, both in the top 25 out of literally tens of thousands of pictures. I think there are certain exercise routines that can be utilized to produce feminine curves as well, esepcially if lipo is used in conjunction. it just takes harder work, more discipline, and a bit more time. "Boy dents" are overrated.
