Lately I've been getting beat up by the BBW mafia.
Apparently being shallow is a kin to killing small children and feeding their meat to kittens.
I'm sorry BBW's I'm just not into big girls.
If I can't wrap my arms around you, I'm not interested.
If you weigh more than me, 190lbs, I'm not interested.

But after hearing it over and over again I've started to doubt my self?
Is being shallow wrong?
I mean, we don't buy ugly cars for what's inside. We buy them because they are gorgeous on the outside!
We don't eat ugly food, we eat gorgeous food! And we pay a premium for it.

No not really, "classical good looks" are called that because it is just that, classical. You usually don't see a lot of ancient statues with a lot of body fat, and in the Victorian era the bigger issue was WHERE the body fat was (hence all the extremely tight corsets, rib removal surgeries)- if you had fat in your waist area (including "the pouch") in the Victorian era you were not meeting that era's definitions of female beauty.

Ever seen old clothing advertisements in newspapers? Even in the illustrations people were tall & thin outside the breast & ass areas- and that was in an era before using movies, tv, or photography for pushing fashion.

Look I go to Yoga class twice a week. I seldom to never eat junk food. Mc Donalds once a month.
I'm not a male model by any stretch of the immagination but at 190lbs I'm semi toned and semi healthy.

I personally don't think it's being shallow to not want to date a heavyset woman. Is it shallow to not want to be with an ugly woman? no, it isn't. How can you force yourself to do something that your mind is already disposed to tell you not to do it. There are things you cannot control, and taste/likes and dislikes is one of them. You can change your taste, thats for sure, but initially we are all predisposed, for whatever reason, to instinctively like/desire certain types of things. Be it the way we were raised, our environmental surroundings and influences when we were young, media exposure, etc.

This might wind up being too long of a post, but here goes:

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, no question about that.

We all have preferences. Whether it's hair color or body shape or intelligence level, we all have things that get our motors running.

I like to think that most sane people recognize that.

While there are some that are quick to cry discrimination or bigotry in those instances, I don't think that that's always the case.

But in our overly hypersensitive society, it's hard to make that case and that point clearly.

To the OP: I don't think you're shallow if you are attracted to skinny women. That's fine. Most of the time, we only can judge the physical because that's what makes the first impression. And since most guys tend to be visual first, attraction is key.

If others want to say that you are bigoted because you aren't interested in seeing someone that doesn't fit your physical attractiveness, that's their problem. Don't fight back with invective on your side; just simply state "I'm not attracted to 'X' type of body in that way."

Now, if you say, "I hate all fat people and wish that they would fucking die" then that's discrimination or bigotry, IMHO.

Personally, with GGs and with TGs, I have a broad range of what turns me on; there isn't a particular body type that gets me running. And I don't say that to come off as high and mighty or as superior to other folks. It's just the way I am wired.

But don't worry about being seen as shallow. At least you are in tune with what gets you going. Makes your life a lot easier, probably.

I have work hours and off days.
I have an hourly rate and I get paid my rate
Now there is no negotation or back and forth with my fee.
We don't discuss what goes on with my sessions, and when my work hours are over, I'm off the clock and my time is dedicated to him and only him.

I agree with yas, I am not into heavy chicks either. Living in Southeast Michigan, I see alot of 'corn-fed' redneck chicks in the rural places here, or literally 400 pound sistas wearing clothes not designed for their frames.
