How will the Bush years go down? The deficit is at an all-time high, the dollar is at an all-time low. Stocks are plunging, gas is rising, government corruption is rampant. We are a trillion dollars into a war that will never end. Home equity is disappearing. Job creation is at an all-time low. The Communist Chinese and the Saudi's are laughing all the way to the bank. How are we doing?
I think many people will see it as a total success.
BTW it's not Communist Chinese who are laughing, it's the Capitalist Chinese.

It's a very simple thing. The dollar is a fiat currency. That means it's backed by nothing and only worth as much as it's perceived to be worth, which, of course is the country which is backing it.Quote:

As far as this country's governance being of one party with two right wings, there is some truth to it, but I'll bet the moon that neither Gore or Kerry from the Republican Lite party would have ever recklessly taken us to war the way this fuckin' dipshit did. I would put it this way. 20 years of Bush-o-Clintonian presidents is enough. (from GHW Bush 1988-GWBush 2008). Another Clinton probably followed by another Bush would be wrong for the USA on so many levels.

Your statement is true. However isn't this preferable to having leaders who lie about sex. Invading a foreign country, overthrowing thier goverment and killing innocent people under false pretenses is not a crime. Lying about sex relations under oath, is a crime. The Vice President having residual profits from the 'endless war' he advised we get into, is the true spirit of American enterprise. This not a crime. Other parties may have wasted our resources trying to help poor people turn into more productive citizens.

There are a lot of similarities twixt both parties ( "We have one party with two right wings": Gore Vidal), but please don't blur the current POS moron with the Clintons. The Clintons have their shortcomings (Hillary wants to increase defense spending and maintain the status quo with Cuba, etc.), but I doubt either Clinton would have giving tax breaks to the wealthy while simultaneously illegally invading a country that had did nothing to this one.
