All transexuals are born one way and then become the other.

Most are men to women.

some are women to men.

There are hermaphrodites that are born with cock pussy. Some parents opt to have one removed at birth and decide for the child (Wrong in my opinion)
Some leave it and let the person grow up with both and either chooe or leave both (P.S. I would KILL to have sex wih an atractive hermaphrodite and if possible, fuck her and get fucked by her).
