I love Louie CK. Did you ever see his short lived HBO series? That was hysterical.
Bridesmaids. I know, I know. I know. Don't ask. It was better than I feared, but worse than I hoped.
Just read Robert Louis's remarks... well sorry i thought the vomit and shit scene was just OTT and the rest didn't make me laugh at all. The leading lady was cute though - but the denouement was way too sentimental.
Lonesome Dove....All frickin' day long!!!
Pink floyd the wall.....
one of best movies ever....
I just received the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine complete TV series on DVD. Seven seasons on 48 discs will take 4 to 6 weeks to watch even with marathons.

You must be a masochist then, or a man with a lot of time to kill, I mean, Star Trek!
Anyway here in the UK we had a choice of Miami Vice (Michael Mann) or Arlington Road -I was watching Miami Vice but the reception is poor where I live and I couldn't understand what most of the people were saying, but Arlington Road was so silly. Anyway I like Michael Mann as a director, his films always look good, I don't like the music but can see how it fits; I also think he has a skill at action/drama films, there is no fat, its all very tightly woven, although I believe he either chooses to or has had to re-edit films to make them shorter (eg The Keep). His initial Hanibal Lecktor film (Manhunter) is vastly superior to Silence of the Lambs, and Miami Vice is a film I will watch again on dvd just to se Gong Li...its anyway much better than the tv series except for the two actors who are dire -and I dont know why Americans hire people from the UK to play Americans, they rarely get the accent right and I am sure there are home-grown Americans who can do it.
Just watched jackass 3.5 not bad for a DVD release. Rip Ryan Dunn. For Michael Mann films you can't beat heat.
Lucky Louie? Sure did. Everything Louis CK does is golden. I never miss him or Norm MacDonald when they're on Conan.
You guys gotta see Louis C.K: Hilarious. He fucking kills.
