The key word is "sissy". Going back on the thread it was obviously intended for crossdressers, based on the amount of pictures the thread starter posted depicting CD/TV/Sissy and quite obviously, he not knowing the big difference between a TS/TG and CD/TV and decided to throw in "TS" with it all. Referring to actual trans women as sissies is offensive.
