Most trans women still enter sex work. Well not most but a good proportion. So if say 40% of a population enter a profession, and most of those are endowed, then maybe it could be the case.
though this doesn't mean correlation and causation are exact. there is no evidence at all linking dick size to being trans or the greater likelihood of being trans.
