However porn regulations can be a bit different...

Ever notice how commercial porn (movies or sites) will give contact info, like an address, for people interested in getting proof of age? They don't put that information there for the people who want write them about how many times they came from it while masturbating. It's there in case law enforcement go "wait, that girl doesn't look legal", they know how to reach someone who has that info on the models on file.

Believe the youngest anyone can legally have sex in the US is 12, you can NOT sell porn of 12 yo's in the US legally. In any state. Doesn't matter what the age of consent is.

Until the girl featured asks for the images to be removed from a site then it is fair use. Also if they are posted to an image board they are technically yours to do what you want with.
