No, and anyway, that looks more like Jamie Page with that Les Paul.

Bit of a Zep fan, but love Robert Plant's albums with Alison Krauss and Band of Joy. Musically, that man knows no fear and no boundaries.

You know I suprisingly enjoyed their work together too. I usually despise all country music except for Johnny Cash.

Hmm. I really only like later Cash, especially the monumental American Recordings series.
How about nu-country like Gillian Welch, Bonnie Prince Billy, even Steve Earle?

Never really heard of any of them. And the American Recordings are awesome! Ain't No Grave sends chills up my spine every time! I'm talking more about like pop-radio country. You know, with lyrics like "Get on my tractor baby and we'll harvest the grain!" I can't stand that B.S.!

Me neither. Surely anyone gunning down Garth Brooks would be cleared by any jury?
But nu-country goes back to the roots. Gillian Welch's songs sound as if they could have been written any time in the last two centuries and recorded in the 30s. Stark, simple and devastatingly effective.

Sounds cool, I'll have to check it out.
