just trying to make available all that i stumble upon. i am currently working on a set of galleries that will have about 4,500 toons collectively. i hope to get it all uploaded this weekend.

i will now begin work on creating a similar gallery for the 4,605 toons that i have. that will be 93 pages of 50 toons each.

i have chosen to do it this way because i can offer you the toons with a lot less posting stress than if i put them all in here one by one, and they are good sized thumbs that you can review quickly.

That's some awesome stuff. However, there are a few that state the image cannot be displayed, not sure why. Great collection, though!

i am glad you like the pics.

i believe it is because those few files exceed the file size limit for the free host, so they were rejected on the FTP upload. i am only allowed 200 Mb per image and a few may be larger. i worry about shrinking the fie sizes to much, and thus diminishing the quality of the images, and the gallery as a whole.

i am currently facing the same dilemma with all the toons i have. about 10% are too large for the hosts TOS, and i have been searching for a good FREE compression program to rectify that. i have already downloaded 3 trials and none really fit the bill.

[b]if anyone knows of a good FREE image compression program, where i can actually set the file size to 199 Mb, please let me know. then i can upload thousands of images in a format that makes it easy for others to browse and download.
